Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone is a great place to go for a hike
In the spring and summer, hikes can be planned to take you where the wildflowers are blooming

Learn from an expert the best techniques to help you stay safe in grizzly and black bear habitat. Garrett has encountered hundreds of bears while hiking and working as a bear biologist. He will teach you all about grizzly and black bear behavior, ecology, diet, sign and more. Most importantly he will teach you what you should do when you encounter a bear in close proximity. This hike includes instruction in the proper way to carry and use bear spray as well as how to minimize your likelihood of bear encounters in the backcountry.
